Cristina Commisso

Cristina Commisso, a dancer, choreographer, and teacher, is distinguished by her unwavering commitment to artistic integrity and her curiosity for physical exploration of philosophical concepts. Throughout her career, Cristina’s artistic pursuits have revolved around the confluence of anthropology, ecology, and her ongoing studies in psychology, as she works towards completing her BA. Her dedicated focus is on collaborating with other artists in creating theatre or film works that probe these stimulating fields, aiming to tackle nuance through the language of movement and one’s haptic sense. Most recently, Cristina embarked on a project titled She opened her clenched fist and fell into the midst of everything, generously supported by the Senator für Kultur in Bremen, which evolved into a short film and has already gathered recognition within various film festivals.
